Three words to create a magnificent experience of undergoing the process of food creation surrounded by the spectacular Icelandic landscape. The visitor, seduced by the outstanding building geometry, is led through the axial gallery to discover the origin of food and taste it at the end of the path. The gallery is cutting through the building with a showcased greenhouse on the right-and a glazed restaurant on the left side, providing enjoyable circulation between public and private areas. Local renewable materials, natural cross-ventilation, and solar energy usage are meant to reach the zero carbon footprint of the development.
